Artastic blog challenge - Starry night

Okay - so many of my mates run  scrapping   blogs and challenges - its hard for me to keep up - but here is one I have done for ARTASTIC - runby Shazza Bishop.  It is  based on Van Goghs painting Starry night.

here is my take on it

This is from our street Halloween  event last year - the kids all  dress up and trick or treat in our street.  They  have already planned their costumes for this year!!
