Check out  the details HERE

Seriously - I hope I win it because there are some bits there I DONT  own and wish I did!!!!

Portraits......

I am having SO  much fun  playing with my Twiddleybitz - seriously  the  stuff is  AWESOME.  I havent  felt very scrappy all week  after my  migraine so I am loving  having the  vibe again!!!  This layout was  for one of the challenges at the Enchanted cybercrop.  The outside frame is actually a Twiddleybitz  edge which normally holds  one of their  chippy alphabets....I pulled the alpha off and stored them,  filed   the edges , painted and  finished with a coat of dimensional magic.  I then used Prima, Basic grey amd sassafrss lass papers and  made  min frames of the kids - so they look like they are hanging on a wall.....The stunning  ornate  bits   top and bottom are also Twiddleybtz as is the title.  Wicked huh!!!!!

and check out here  for what is left of my kits - I am  including some bonus items for all orders this week - I want  to  offload  the stock  so I can  get started on new kits!!!!!!

Some Twiddlybitz bits!!!

I am SERIOUSLY sad - whilst away having a fabulous family holiday at Noosa - I was waking up at 3 am and having ideas about the Twiddlybitz bits I had sitting and waiting for me at home. I know - SAD!!!

So here is a couple of the layouts I have done so far......

This layout  was  made using one of my kits......i think there is only one left - its  called Bloom......
I have heat embossed the  gorgeous  Twiddly  frame and the leaves have been glimmer misted.

And this one I did for Kraft it up.  I have painted the  Twiddlybitz frame in red paint and then used a resist  effect and  crackle painted over the top.  This is  Shane and I holding Josh ( who is now 12!!)  at my brothers wedding!
Pop over to the  Twiddleybitz  ning site  and say hi  - HERE

Dusty attic chipboard.....

So Leanne  at Mad about scrappin has just got in a fabulous new order of Dusty Attic chipboard and OMG - Its stunning......I bought quite a few pieces and couldnt  resist  putting this together  Friday afternoon.....

I used a  paint, modpodge  resist technique to give the outside a shabby chic look and I distressed the  blue chipboard and then I added the  vintage sign with paint and antique  medium.  Cute huh!!!!

Enchanted Fairy PHUN packs

What a nice start to the day. My neighbour brings over her gorgeous new baby grandson - smelled just like a beautiful new baby should. Whilst I was cuddling and kissing him the postman arrived with my new DT kit from Enchanted scrapbooking...They are trying something new this month with creating packs with different papers and embellies and fabulous bits - with no cardstock- It cuts down the postage and also the price....so here is what arrived....

And of course being the patient person that I am - as soon as I could get back inside I was tearing open the packet and already had ideas brewing - LOL

I have done two step by steps for these layouts so go and check out the forum if you wish to take a look.
here are my layouts

The very gorgeous  Wendy and Kylie that I got to spend some time with  not long ago - Love  both these girls and time just FLEW!!!

and my  sweet boy Josh - on the  ferry  to Stradbroke Island.....

I will be back later with some very cool news....

Want a DT job at Enchanted??

Check out  the  details

Well our DT is a bit small at the moment so we are looking for a new Enchanted Member to take up our vacant spot….we are also going to make the team a bit bigger so we are actually looking for 2 new members. Do you want some new packs every month? Do you love to scrap, share your pages and inspiration? Can you commit to chatting in our forum and participating in monthly cybercrops and challenges? Then you maybe exactly who we are after.

There are four requirements to apply for a spot in the design team, they all need to be completed by the 20th of June, as we want the DT to start on the 1st of July.

1. Upload 2 of your favourite layouts into the DT Hunt area in the gallery.

2. Create a page using the Page Recipe and upload to the gallery.

3. Upload a “how to” or “handy tip” that you have done from your page recipe layout that you create – in the thread in the forum.

http://www.enchantedscrapbooking.com.au/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1120

4. Let us know a little bit about yourself and your scrapping in the forum. http://www.enchantedscrapbooking.com.au/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1119

Page Recipe

We want you to make a page using the ingredients listed below. You must have all of the ingredients on your page, you are welcome to add extra embellishments but no extra paper. You are allowed to do special techniques such as inking, stamping, sanding, misting, masking, paining, doodling etc. You are allowed to trim your papers or cut them into smaller sizes or strips or stripes, but we must be able to tell roughly which papers are which – meaning you must use roughly the same amount of paper as the required size. The papers can be double sided so that you get more different patterns if you – but we will check the papers to make sure that they are double and that you aren’t being sneaking and throwing in extra paper.

Here are your ingredients that you must have;

Paper 1 - 12 inches by 6 inches

Paper 2 – 12 inches by 2 inches

Paper 3 – 6 inches by 6 inches

Paper 4 – 8 inches by 5 inches

Alphas of your choice (as many or little as you like)

2 journaling die cut shapes

5 buttons

3 bits of trim – can be ribbon, ric-rac, twine etc and can be all the same cut into 3 separate bits or 3 different types all together.

1 to 5 chipboard shapes

Embellishments of you choice – bling, glitter, flowers, wheels, stars, clogs, paper cutouts…. Your imagination is your limit.

The motive behind our criteria is simple – we want to get to know you and see your style in your favourite pages and seeing as we are a kit site we want to see what you can do with a limited amount of products…..so that called for a recipe page. As we want our DT members to do a monthly how to or handy hint we want to see how you cope with it. Hope you all get in and apply as we would love to see what you can offer us.

All to be completed by the 20th June.
