My eldest son - fast heading towards teenagedom - Im not sure we are ready......any advice???
In the meantime 12 of us are off to Wet n Wild tomorrow for a BLAST - I cant wait. I propose taking my neices on all the scray water slides.....either Ill scream or they will!!!
have fun at wet and wild today.... i already have 3 teens, and my 4th son will be 12 next week. and im still not ready lol... just take it as it comes, some make the transition to teenager easier than others, dont really have much advice sorry
Advice...hmmmm my teen is female so the advice I can give you pertains to girly things and "The Talk" LOL... Understand that testing the boundaries is an integral part of youth and growth...accept that at some point they will need to take some risks in order to be able to learn to calculate them... and know that the adult they become is shaped by the ground work you put in while they were young. C x
No advice from me, as my girls are 2 and 7! I really love your layout - it is an awesome boy page which is not at all "too boyish" or "too child-like" ifykwim? I don't see many boy pages I like because of these reasons - this is really tops! Well done. :)
P.S. how lucky to be able to go to Wet and Wild! I love that place but I live in Perth - not so close! lol!
Great LO Lisa! My children are 10,9 and 8 now, and my boy is showing the first signs of pre-teen behaviour LOL. If there's one thing I've learned, it's that I'm not the one to give advice LOL, as half of the time I'm wondering if I'm handling things as I should ... I don't think anyone's ever ready for the teenage years!!! xxx Peggy
