Nana Vics digital stamp - cowgirl. I am constantly amazed at the fabulous women and scrappers that I can call a friend. Their cleverness and talent is inspiring. The fabulous Nana Vic is one of the most AMAZING painters, drawers and ATC creators I know - her stuff is UNREAL!!
And luckily - she has recently moved to creating her own range of digital stamps and the first one is available now ....I LOVE this range and think that it feels a void in the stamping world.....check it out HERE......tell her I sent you!!!!

OMG - This is the 500th POST!!! And look who it is!!!!
So - it is the final week of the postcards competition over at Scrapboutique and I have LOVED the competition - I went into this week - GREENLAND - with absolutely NO clue and then this afternooon - it hit me......so here she is - a dedication to two of my newest friends - but also two who will be some of my longest friends. We were destined to meet , destined to stay up late, talk too much and crack up laughing!!! Oh yeah - and sometimes we get to scrap and ATC together!!! Love them both - I feel honoured to call them my mates!! Thanks Angie and Emma!!!
Some little bits and pieces....
I havent been doing too much - been busy with friends up from Melbourne and then Mum and Dad have been with us for a week so I got to do some scrapping on Saturday night when a bunch of us got together at Angies - Lots of fun - gorgeous women and fabulous food.
I did this one of my Daniel boy and his new rugby life...I have raised the sayings and stuff on different levels of pop dots but you cant really see!
And then Mad about scrappin had their cybercrop on and I have been able to complete one challenge - so sad!! Here she is....
How cute are those papers!!!
I hope to be back soon with more!

A little piece of Japan and some Twiddleybitz
The idea is that it looks like they are stepping out through the garden gate! Cute huh!!
I then got all inspired and finished off the Twiddleybitz large easel that I purchased at the end of last year. I painted it in Making Memories buttercup paint and then added an antiquing medium and then some of my fave vintage flowers and pearl rope. IT now stands on my large sideboard in the loungeroom - NOICE!!
And I recently won a Twiddleybitz birdcage so I already have an idea for that too!!!!
My Mum and Dad arrive today for a week so if Im a bit quiet - Im out and about with them!!!!

Busy Busy busy
You know those times when Life gets a little crazy - thats what it feels like right now. This morning my kids were late for school - we literally live ACROSS THE ROAD!! so really there is NO excuse. Iwas helping Joshua with Maths problems on Mathletics in preparation for todays Naplan test only to realise we were 15 minutes late leaving home - EGADS!!!!! He BOLTED out the door and made it with seconds to spare - Daniel and Teleah were both late ...Great start to the day - NOT!!!!
And Im such a great Mum - Josh comes home on Tuesday and tells me he got 20 out of 24 for the test he did....I ask " How come you only got 20?" ( he usually gets higher and thats my excuse!). And he tells me " Mum I got the best mark out of the whole of Year 7 - other kids only got 12 or 13......Yep - Great Mum!!! The good thing was I got to spend yesterday with the gorgeous ANgie and a surprise from Sharon D - YAY for me!!!!!! Four hours goes WAY fast when you are yakking and talking - LOL SO that meant they all had to come to my place last night with Emma and Belynda so we could keep yakking and talking ! I am SO lucky to have met such fabbo mates and that we get to catch up face to face - i just LOVE it!!!! I even got to do some scrapping even though I started off a bit slow.....

Thanks for looking. I am now off to do some groceries for a dinner party tomorrow night, chasing kids and sports all day Saturday and then us girls are going to chat and distract Sharon at her retreat - we are gate crashing the party!! Should be a hoot!!!!!
Oops and we are off to Zumba our butts off tonight!!!

I am having so much fun with the Postcards competition over at Scrapboutique - so far we have been to Italy, France, the US and this weeks stop is India. I knew straight away which pictures I wanted to scrap. Our good friends Mitesh and Sueneta got married in New Zealand and had a fabulous Hindu wedding which I just LOVED - so vibrant and beautiful and the women in their saris just had me in awe!!!
These photos are of the wedding couple - the pics arent great but thats what you get for an old digital camera!

Look what I picked up today.....
Last month I won a voucher at My2 angels for my layout for Out of the Hat. So I had fun doing a little shopping and seeing as though Tracey doesnt live too far away from me - I ventured up her way and picked up my goodies today.....Here is piccie of what I got.....MORE glimmer mist- OMG - BUT its a colour I dont have!!! Thanks Tracey!!!!!
Nice huh!!!!! Go take a look ....Im off to make sumfing!!!
Kraft it up entry....
The criterion for this months Kraft it up got me inspired last nght. My son Joshua who is in this photo is a really clever doodler - that is, he loves to doodle!! The challenge for this month was to create your own background on your Kraft - so I employed the skills of this clever young Man to create the funky background and then I added some glimmer mist for some color. Given that he had created this background - it was only fair that I used it to create a layout about him. He HATES this photo but Ilove it because he NEVER smiles naturally for photos!!!
Thanks for looking - Have a great day!!
